About Teme Tutoring

Caroline Lee has recently founded Teme Tutoring as a part of her passion for educating young people. The aim is to provide young individuals with the skillset to perform well in their core subjects and assist in any struggles they may be facing.

Caroline Lee

I have been a primary school teacher for 17 years and re-trained after specialising in Law at university. I have always lived in Worcestershire and I am lucky enough to live in one of its most beautiful areas – the Teme Valley. I live there with my husband and my two cats. Both my children are now at University or Post-graduate studies.

My interests include singing (I am proud to be the Chairman of Kidderminster Choral Society), and cooking. I also enjoy aqua aerobics and Zumba.

Since beginning my tutoring journey, I am acutely aware of the huge variety of needs and requirements that students of all ages may have. Whether academic, behavioural, or special needs, I am prepared to meet the needs of all students from 6 to 16. Having passed my first CBT qualification as well, I believe I have a unique insight into the stresses and challenges of everyday learning.

Outside the classroom

I have loved the opportunities that teaching has brought me and over the years have been able to play to my own strengths – not only in the classroom but additional experiences as well.

My love of drama and performance has allowed me to create choirs, writing and directing end of year plays and shows, compiling church services, leaver’s assemblies and organising cathedral carol services.

My favourite sports at school are tag rugby and kwik cricket (with a bit of rounders thrown in!). I have always believed there is more to learning than just books, and I know that the more children are allowed to shine the more they can achieve.
